By accessing or using worklioinsurance.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Who we are
Worklio Insurance Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Site. We are a licensed insurance agency (Agency NPN 21329110) that helps employers compare and buy benefits and business insurance. We are an affiliate of Worklio LLC.
Insurance products and quotes
Information on the Site about coverage is general and does not change the terms of any policy. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to carrier underwriting, eligibility, and state availability. Coverage is provided by the issuing insurance carrier, not by Worklio Insurance Services, LLC.
No coverage until bound
Submitting an application or receiving a quote does not bind coverage. Coverage begins only when a carrier issues a binder or policy and any required premium is paid. Do not cancel existing coverage until new coverage is confirmed in writing.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@worklioinsurance.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the Worklio name and logo are owned by Worklio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for your internal business use.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worklio Insurance Services, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
