Account Executive, Commercial Insurance

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll build and own a book of 50–500 employee companies in industries where workers' comp is a major line item: senior care, construction, manufacturing, and multi-site services. Our payroll data gives you real class codes and wages from day one, so you spend your time on strategy and relationships, not chasing exposure data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. 01Prospect and close new mid-market accounts in our core industries.
2. 02Lead discovery, coverage design, and marketing strategy across multiple carriers.
3. 03Present proposals to owners, CFOs, and HR leaders, including pay-as-you-go workers' comp.
4. 04Own renewal strategy and retention for your book.
5. 05Partner with client managers to hand off a clean, well-documented first year.
6. 06Cross-sell benefits with our employee benefits account executives.

WHAT YOU BRING

1. 01Active Property & Casualty producer license, in good standing.
2. 025+ years selling commercial insurance to mid-market employers, with a track record of new business.
3. 03Strong workers' comp knowledge: class codes, experience mods, audits.
4. 04Existing carrier relationships and underwriter credibility.
5. 05Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline in a CRM.

NICE TO HAVE

1. 01CIC, CRM, or CPCU designation.
2. 02Experience with senior care, construction, or staffing accounts.
3. 03Surety or management liability placement experience.
