ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll advise 50–500 employee companies on their benefits strategy, from medical and ancillary plans to funding. Because every census, contribution, and deduction comes straight from payroll, you can model renewals and Section 125 savings in minutes, not days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- 01Own new-business pipeline from first meeting to bound case.
- 02Run renewal strategy, including fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded options.
- 03Model employer contributions and Section 125 savings using live payroll data.
- 04Present plan and funding recommendations to HR and finance leaders.
- 05Negotiate with carriers and stop-loss providers.
- 06Partner with client managers on enrollment and service.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 01Active Life & Health producer license, in good standing.
- 025+ years selling group benefits to employers with 50–500 employees.
- 03Hands-on experience moving groups to level-funded or self-funded plans.
- 04Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, and Section 125 rules.
- 05Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline in a CRM.
NICE TO HAVE
- 01REBC, CEBS, or GBA designation.
- 02Experience moving clients out of PEOs.
- 03Pharmacy benefit or stop-loss expertise.
